Returns - ORIGIN 91
At Origin 91, we do not offer refunds. However, we provide exchanges only in cases of defective products or incorrect items shipped, provided the request is made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Please ensure you check the size chart carefully before placing your order, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Items are eligible for exchange only if they are in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and have not been washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
Exchange Request Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at origin91india@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us for exchange. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
Quality Check
Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check to determine eligibility for exchange. You will be notified via email if the exchange is approved or rejected.
Exchange Timeline
After successful quality approval, the exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days. The exchanged item will be shipped back to you using our standard shipping method.
