Partial COD Terms & Conditions

You can avail Partial Cash on Delivery by clicking on Razorpay Payments. 

By selecting the Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option at checkout, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Advance Payment Requirement

• A non-refundable advance payment of ₹199 is required at the time of placing the order.
• This amount is collected to secure the order, cover shipping/logistics costs, and ensure a genuine purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Clause

• The ₹199 paid in advance is strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after it has been dispatched, refuses to accept the delivery, or is unreachable upon delivery attempts.
• If the shipment is returned to the origin (RTO) due to the reasons mentioned above, the ₹199 advance will be forfeited to cover courier and administrative charges.

3. When is the ₹199 Refundable?

• The ₹199 will be fully refunded if the company is unable to fulfill the order (e.g., product out of stock).
  

4. Balance Payment

• The remaining balance of the order value must be paid in cash or via the provided link to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

5. Order Acceptance

• • By paying the ₹199, you agree to these terms and understand that you are committed to accepting the shipment.
